This idea actually fit for you whose have much time for practicing. So by doing this kind of streching, you aim more than just streching but also sharping your scale knowledge.

This is my daily warm up before I grab my guitar. Few months ago, i found a 70% discount Washburn 4 strings bass. Nice black bantam series. And the rest is history.... at least for me.

4 strings sweeping Lick

E major Trick

This is a tricky lick actually, because it creates good sound and lick from very simple technique. One of the easiest lick i think....

But, make sure your beat is stable.

Clean sound or overdrived sound would be nice for this lick, because you still can hear the "pick" sound.

One stringtapping lick

I love to make a simple lick, so i can apply easily on my music. Above is one of it. I also love to expand a lick and apply on different scale. Try this lick on diminished scale, and feel the air arround you start to turn heavy.

Actually, this is one of my favourite lick. I came with many arpeggio idea in this lick. It also fun to apply this lick in clean sound as well in distorted sound.

Maybe you don't notice, but Frank gambale style gave me idea to create this lick.
